A key area in handling Flexitanks, Paper IBC or Liquid Packaging is the after sales service an agent could offer to its principals (Manufacturer) to support their overseas requirements, this stretches to eventually to shippers or shipping agents as well as others who require the cargo in a crisis situation to be “Re-Worked” and Re-Shipped safely to reach its final destination.

Damages or leaks in liquid packaging are unavoidable incidents which should be anticipated and could happen due to a number of reasons and we, as an overseas agent for the manufacturer (Shipper), are on standby to help the principal or a shipper in an SOS situation irrespective of a brand or a make.

We have the expertise to carry out a ‘Re-Work’ (Cross Pumping) job at any port in India and Sri Lanka, with necessary equipment and technical staff.

Our years of experience in logistic and liquid packaging prepared us for trouble shooting in the respective trade and has made us a versatile company to handle such activities.

The service we offer in the related field:
 Inspection and survey of the damaged Flexitank. We have our selected team of reputed surveyors to carry out investigations and determine the leaks and submit reports with photographs.
 Obtain required approvals.
 Supply Flexitank with accessories and if required also Steam Heaterpad.
 Selection of the new container meeting all criteria and installation (rigging) of the new Flexitank.
 Cross Pump (Re-Work) leaking Flexitank.
 Removal of damaged (Leaking) Flexitank and dispose it as per the regulations governing such operations in accordance to the environmental rules and regulations of the country.
 Removal and disposal of the residue, excess oil/liquid and sludge as per the rules and regulations of the country.
 Hand over the old container to the yard of the shipping line.
